Tenure Management Plans

Cabin has expanded our services in the Adventure Tourism sector to include Tenure Management Plan applications to the Ministry of Water, Lands, and Resource Stewardship (WLRS). We understand that the application process through WLRS can be a major hurdle for developing your business on crown land, we’ll work with each client and WLRS  to determine the best approach. We cover Extensive Use and Intensive Use Management Plans including major and minor amendments, and work with leading industry partners to ensure the appropriate Wildlife Mitigation Plan is included. We also advise and assist with First Nations engagement processes, and when necessary can engage Cabin’s Heritage Division to conduct any necessary archaeological work.
