Cabin organized the planning, permitting, and implementation for the removal of three failing culverts on B.X. Creek. Environmental best practices were developed, alongside partner professionals, for the project and an Environmental Management Plan was written for the removals. Cabin also provided the Environmental Restoration Plan outlining revegetation and erosion control procedures. All plans included overviews of the project, hydrological information, species-at-risk and fisheries values, relevant legislation and permitting, and standards for work and construction. Section 11 submission, and subsequent coordination with the Province of BC for project commencement was necessary to complete the project in a narrow timeframe.
